Photography Competition Results 2009 PDF Print E-mail
Loyal readers of the Wye Local magazine will have seen the early return of the annual Photography Competition. Once a year the competition is run in the hope that Wye Local can produce a calendar from the entries of photographs. This year more people entered, the standard of entries improved and I am really pleased that the Wye Local 2010 calendar is currently at the printers . . . 
 
The results of the 2009 Photography Competition are:
 

1st Prize: Canoes at Glasbury-on-Wye – by John Fitzgerald

 

2nd Prize: Road above Pwll-y-Wrach Waterfalls, Talgarth – by Vanessa Pugh

3rd Prize: Standing stones below Hay Bluff – by Lucy Mason 

 

Runner Up: Lamb on mum's back on the road to Hay-on-Wye – by Sue Beck
