Glasbury Village Hall - Friday, November 5 to Sunday, November 7 Opening Times: Friday 7-9pm/Saturday/Sunday 11am - 5.30pm This, the seventh annual exhibition once again brings together a very wide selection of art exhibits in an equally wide range of media. We are delighted that The Contemporary Arts Society for Wales will again be featuring some of their new purchases prior to their being placed in a permanent collection. In addition, a mix of local artists, some nationally known, and a number of guest artists offer a visually stunning variety of work, including the striking and thought-provoking ‘Landscapes of 20th century massacre sites’ by Phil Whiting and the beautiful wild-life photography of Herefordshire’s Liam Bunce on a return visit to Glasbury. This year we are delighted to welcome new graduate and former Gwernyfed High School art student, Lucy Hutton, as this year’s artist-in-residence. Admission to the exhibition is free. |
